Municipal Foreign Investment Service Center is
a joint office established by the Municipal Government
aimed at improving investment environment, raising
work efficiency and facilitating foreign investment.
The Center has pooled together all the relevant
functional departments in one building to offer
one-stop service to foreign investors who can
go through all the formalities including project
approval, company registration, labor employment
and special business permits procurement.

certificates all at one place, the Center provides
foreign investors with comprehensive and quality
service by way of transparent and standard procedures.

The Municipal Foreign Investment
Service Centre established service quality system
in accordance with the international standard
of ISO9002 and passed on-site audit and received
ISO9002 certification on September l8, 1999.
